This is a Tuqueque, it is a species of small lizard that is harmless. They feed on insects and tend to seek shelter in our houses. They are very common in Venezuela, if you see them, don't hurt them; They are excellent roach hunters.
The photos correspond to some specimens that live in my kitchen. I don't hurt them and they are already used to me, they let me take photos of them and they don't run away when they see me.
