Water excursion along the canals of St. Petersburg (Admiralty and Winter Palace)

Last summer my family and I traveled around the country a little. I took a lot of photos on this trip. And I want to share them.

Having sailed along the Neva under the Palace Bridge, we found ourselves downstream and the Admiralty building appeared in front of us on the left bank. Part of this building can be seen in the photo on the right (yellow). The building itself covers an entire block. And in that part of the building that can be seen in the photo, there is the Church of St. Spyridon of Trimythous. On the left in the frame, the green building is the State Hermitage Museum, which is located in the former main imperial palace, called the Winter Palace. The Arc de Triomphe is visible in the distance.

I strongly recommend to open the photo in a separate tab to appreciate it.
