The last three years have not been easy for me and my family but probably very useful.
Yes, the benefit may look completely different from what we imagine because even something bad for example war blackouts the risk of being left without water and food without money and housing not to mention the risk of losing your life can either drive you crazy or teach you something give you the opportunity to rethink something see the real picture of what is happening taking off your rose-colored glasses, and if you see the real picture, this is already a benefit, because there will be no more pitfalls.
Over these three years I have rethought a lot including such a concept as comfort.
And between the words benefit and comfort we often put an equal sign.
But if there is too little comfort lol how can you see the benefit from this?
The benefit of comfort is probably that comfort in theory should bring us peace of mind and where we have been able to create comfortable conditions for ourselves we feel like we are in a sunny meadow where butterflies flutter from flower to flower.
It is always nice to call a taxi and without thinking about whether it is economy class or premium everything is better than to travel by public transport in a trolleybus packed with people like a can of anchovies.
But if you have a choice between a trolleybus and a walk in the rain in the autumn cold that penetrates to the bone then a trolleybus no longer seems uncomfortable.
And the autumn coolness after the summer heat is also quite comfortable lol.
Those who were bitten by mosquitoes in the summer and were not allowed to sleep will appreciate the rainy and cool weather although in the spring everyone dreamed of a hot summer.
Three years later with peace of mind I perceive the news that with a high probability closer to winter we will have complete blackouts, there will probably be no heating in the apartments but in my thoughts this somehow no longer disturbs my comfort.
This is a real story similar to the story described in the book of the prophet Daniel 3:16 which tells of Shadrach Meshach and Abednego who did not obey the demand of King Nebuchadnezzar to worship the golden idol for which they were placed in a burning furnace, where as it turned out in the presence of God they felt very comfortable.
Our faith in God gives us armor like a nut shell which keeps us and our mental comfort in itself.

Thank you for your kind words! I think that any photo should make us think about something, and in some situation be an illustration of our thoughts :)
