El bienestar nos trae tranquilidad, salud y felicidad, es un estado que todos sentimos en algún momento de nuestras vidas, por lo tanto tenemos que detenernos a pensar cuales son las cosas que nos llena de bienestar y empezar a aumentarlo en tu vida diaria.

Pues por eso hoy les vengo a relatar como cultivo mi bienestar, esto biene de mis s pensamientos, acciones y experiencias, hacer las actividades que me gustan como ir de paseo a la playa pues ete ambiente me reinicia totalmente, aportantandome tanto salud fisica y mental.

Otra evento que tanto me gusta es salir con mis amistades, actualmente estoy en un grupo de amigos de la secuandaria, pues nos conocimos en el pasado y ahora nos reencintramos para estrechar más los lazos de amistad, me he sentido feliz por eso, pues siempre estamos atento para cualquier eventualidad y compartir momentos de alegrías que me inyectan energías positivas.

So today I come to tell you how I cultivate my well being, this comes from my thoughts, actions and experiences, doing the activities that I like like like going for a walk to the beach because this environment reinitiates me completely, bringing me both physical and mental health.

Another event that I like so much is to go out with my friends, I am currently in a group of friends from high school, because we met in the past and now we meet again to strengthen the bonds of friendship, I have been happy for that, because we are always attentive to any eventuality and share moments of joy that inject me with positive energy.


Otra actividad que me brinda bienestar es dedicar un tiempo al deporte, pues salgo cuatro veces a la semanas a dar camintas rapidaz, con trote suave, cada día me coloco metas, pues he aumentado mi ritmo y estando en movimiento siento una drenalina especial, esto me permite sentime feliz y estar con mi salud fisica y mental en orden.

Another activity that gives me well-being is to dedicate some time to sports, because I go out four times a week to give fast walks, with gentle jogging, every day I set goals, because I have increased my pace and being in motion I feel a special drainalina, this allows me to feel happy and be with my physical and mental health in order.


También elijo comer sano, agregar en mi dieta diaria proteinas muchos vegetales, poca grasa y poca sal y azúcar, eliminado un poco el pan, pues esto me hacia sentir pesada, no es eliminarlo de el todo pues todo se hace paaso a paso, para poder rendir bien. Lo importante es tener la determinación de tomar hábitos saludables y sentir el bienestar en nuestras vida s antes que sea tarde. Me despido hasta otra entrada.

I also choose to eat healthy, add in my daily diet lots of proteins, lots of vegetables, little fat and little salt and sugar, eliminated a little bread, because this made me feel heavy, it is not to eliminate it all because everything is done step by step, to be able to perform well.
