Se puede aprender a ser asertivo hay personas que lo son, por que se dejan llevar por su sexto sentido pero hay ciertos tips que puedes seguir para lograr tener asertividad una de las características de las personas exitosas que nos ayuda a tomar buenas decisiones, a mirar las cosas desde la perspectiva de la ganancia y sumatoria algo que tenemos que aprender para así llegar a tener el éxito que deseamos vamos a ver cuál de estos tips tenemos cuales tenemos que aprender, y cual hay que aplicar

Tenemos estos que son a mi parecer los más importantes algunos los tenemos bien escondidos por eso hay que tener mucha inteligencia para saber aplicarlas y sacar el mejor provecho de ellas aquí la lista espero que esto nos ayude a identificarlas y poder discernir el momento más adecuado. Ser asertivo es una persona que puede expresar palabras y opiniones de determinado tema sin ser agresivo, sin hostilidad de manera clara y sencilla

• Primero hay que definirse eres de lo que se calla o de los que expresa sus opiniones, partiendo de esto podemos aplicar o no, ya que estando claro de como somos vemos que podemos hacer y que no.

• Segundo debes conocer el tema, por que discutir de algo de lo que no sabes te pone en una posición vulnerable y no te va a gustar para nada las respuestas que pueden darte, es importante a la hora de una conversación saber de qué se está hablando de esta forma puedes defender tu posición de la mejor manera.

• Ser empático te da ciertas características de que eres una persona que sabe ponerse en el lugar del otro eso te da muchos puntos a favor por que te ayuda a entender la perspectiva del otro.

• Esto se une al siguiente punto que es saber escuchar eso te da muchos puntos a favor por que te da una idea de a dónde va la conversa y dónde está parada la otra persona, nos dice mucho también de tu educación y respeto.

• Ser directo, claro y concreto en lo que dices es una de las cosas que más cuesta aprender por que a veces hay que saber elegir las palabras para no herir a la otra persona en caso de que sea algún tema delicado y difícil allí hay que escoger muy bien las palabras.

• Debes asumir en caso de equivocación, ser una persona que acepta sugerencias y sabe escuchar, si el caso amerita alguna rectificación o dar la razón a la otra persona eso habla muy bien de ti además de tu liderazgo en pro del bien común.

Todas estas herramientas las tenemos pero en ocasiones hay que practicarlas, por que las olvidamos, entonces nos engrasamos y no escuchamos empezamos a ser personas intratables, de esas que no se les puede decir nada y de verdad de eso tenemos mucho por allí, así que hay que cambiar uno para poder cambiar el mundo, feliz semana....
