Hello all friends, how are you? Hopefully everyone is healthy and happy. Continue to thank God because in gratitude there will be happiness. Welcome back to my post. My post today will share about my very simple eating menu. But I am still grateful because I can still enjoy lunch even with a simple menu.
My lunch menu is just white rice, vegetables, salted fish and several types of fresh vegetables. For me this is enough. I just hope that what I eat produces health for my body.
I hope my friends don't copy the menu I ate this lunch because that menu is still far from what our bodies need. I realized that the body needs food that is not only healthy but fulfills the substances our body needs.
