Hello beautiful people. Our journey through life often leads us to question our self-worth and how we fit into the world around us.
We may find ourselves in the company of individuals who seem more accomplished, almost perfect, leaving us feeling inferior or intimidated. A curtsey of varying reasons, such as past experiences or societal pressures.
Due to this, we sometimes feel compelled to wear different masks, adopting new personalities to blend in or win approval from others. In the pursuit of acceptance, we risk losing our authentic selves.
But we cannot succeed, not in love or life, if we don’t know and honor the truth of who we are, we cannot attract what we are if we don't know who we are or if we are as fleeting as life itself or as fickle as fashion.
Then there are times when we wear masks everyday to conceal what we are going through. Showing the world a smile on our faces while hiding the excruciating pain that is beneath, offering a thousand pain staking I'm okays to anyone who cares to ask. We show up, hustle, eat, pray and try to supress the incessant nudging of the words "Give up".
Yet, amid this turmoil, gloom and darkness, a glimmer of hope awaits. A promise of a new dawn on the horizon, patiently encroaching, a quiet symphony of light unfolding across the sky, each ray a note of renewal, hope and new beginnings.
For hope is the ember that ignites our dreams, sustaining our visions and aspirations. With it, we can conquer.
