Hello beautiful people. There is something called clearing the path; it is the systematic pushback to erase certain oppression and create liberty in the state; we must not rely on justice by sitting down and doing nothing. If we continue to pray without taking a peaceful action it will result in little or nothing, everybody must die someday, some will die as heroes fighting for nations, some as martyrs for the sack of the gospel, some because of hunger, some as cowards for refusing to talk or take action when they should because they prefer to pray in whichever way it comes it is all death.
There is an analogy I would like to give. Consider the case of a family, there are certain struggles the first born must fight and succeed, let’s assume the challenges are 100%, no matter how strong the firstborn is, he may only be able to fight 30%, the secondborn will now have less to fight for and may be able to fight another 30% making it 60% of the challenges conquered, the third born now will even fewer challenges to face will fight another 30% making it a total of 90%.
The last born will have practically nothing to fight for, he or she will just cruise through life on the back of his elder siblings who have paved the way by facing those challenges and succeeding. End Sars is like the firstborn; even when it looks as if it failed, it succeeded; for once in a decade, Nigerian youths came out to fight for their rights and died to win the fight.
Until our children can walk about without fear until we can dress fine and carry iPhones and not get mugged until we can confidently feed on good food without stealing from a government purse or duping someone until cars stop being a symbol of arrival but a normal commodity like garri and until garri becomes affordable again, we will have to protest and fight for our rights again and again and again.
