We are all prophets of our kind, the bible tells us saying, when we speak up a word and it shall come to pass, yes! With a little touch of our faith (Mark 11:23). Mind you, while he spoke to use using that bible verse, he is reminding you how deadly and awakening the tongue can be. (Probs 18:21)

The tongue brings life and at the same time, put to death. You get to choose which best you want. Do you actually know that, by your words you will be "acquitted" and by your words you will be "condemned." (Matt 12:37) The first term "acquited" tells that whatsoever word we say, we own 100% of its accountability, knowing very well that what we say matters and we are judged by our words. And the term "condemned" signifies that our tongue are very active, once we speak, we should be very mindful as it can bring us a lot of consequences.

Life might seem tough, just get up and grab a scripture pertaining to that situation, speak to it with that verse of the bible, the creator (God) knows it's root, it won't take him time to step in and make it easier for you again, unless you don't believe what you say or pray due to lack of faith, just have a little faith and it's done!. Life is filled with challenges, do we keep praying to avoid being a prey. The word of the lord is comforting and victory is certain at the end.
Your words are powerful, extra active.. most especially that of a pregnant, nursing mothers and also a lady in her period. Learn to speak positively and claim it by faith.
Your words are light way to your path
