Incidentally, Tesla was not the only scientist who "disappeared" or "had his house burnt down" who studied plasma and electrochemical phenomena

Wilhelm Reich (1897–1957)

Reich was an Austrian psychiatrist and scientist who studied orgone energy, which he considered a form of life energy present in the atmosphere.

In 1954, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) deemed his research fraudulent and ordered the destruction of his equipment and publications. In 1956, Reich's laboratory in Rangeley, Maine, was destroyed by a fire in what some believe was an intentional act to destroy his work.

John Hutchison (born 1945)

A Canadian researcher known for the so-called "Hutchison effect," which supposedly involves the levitation of objects and other anomalies related to electromagnetic and plasma energy.

His laboratory has been searched by authorities on numerous occasions, and some of his equipment has been confiscated. In 1989, his laboratory in Vancouver was destroyed by a fire in what some believe was an attempt to silence his research.

Eugene Mallove (1947–2004)

An American engineer and scientist who was an advocate of cold fusion and plasma energy research.

In 2004, Mallove was found dead outside his parents' home in Norwich, Connecticut. Although initially suspected to have been a robbery, some have suggested that his death was related to his work on alternative energy sources.

Dr. Andrija Puharich (1918–1995)

American physician and researcher of parapsychological phenomena and electromagnetic wave technologies.

His laboratory was repeatedly destroyed by fires of unknown cause. In 1978, his home in Ossining, New York, burned down under mysterious circumstances, forcing him to leave the country for several years.

Dr. Royal Raymond Rife (1888–1971)

American inventor and researcher, known for his work on microscopes and electromagnetic frequency therapies that supposedly cure various diseases, including cancer.

Rife encountered strong resistance from the medical community. His laboratory was ransacked and his equipment destroyed. In 1939, his main collaborator, Dr. Milbank Johnson, died under mysterious circumstances just before a planned press conference to announce the success of Rife's therapy.

Dr. Robert Becker (1923–2008)

American orthopedic surgeon and bioelectromagnetism researcher, known for his work on tissue regeneration and the effects of electromagnetic fields on living organisms.

Becker experienced numerous difficulties in financing his research. His laboratory was closed, and he was forced into early retirement. He claimed that his work was deliberately blocked by government and medical institutions.
