Looking at your salary how many years do you think it will take you to build a house i need your reply?
The truth is even if you are going to save for the next 50 years you can't build a house from that salary you have to take different bank loans to be able to build a house.
Salary is just scam. If salary is not a scam how come you have worked for the past 20 years but you are still broke, you can't buy a car you can't buy a plot of land, you can't build a house unless you go for bank loans.
Salary is good when you are in your 20s because in your 20s you don't have a lot of bills to pay, but when you are in your 40s you don't have to work for anybody you have to create something that you can sell every day and make money you have to make money daily because
You spend money daily why do you have to wait at the end of every month before you receive salary you cannot depend on your salary and become rich. How many salaried workers are rich in this world? Only few the few who are in their field.
Don't make a mistake start a business.
Maybe we should ask why those things are all so expensive. It was not always that way.
