Is the delegation system harm for the platform?

People want to earn anything in a short way and for this reason in the blockchain based social media platforms we see the delegation system. At the starting of steemit i saw every users got support easily from everyone doesn't matter that user is small or big. This thing motivates small users to keep working on this type platform. Before investing anywhere what a small user need? I think they need to know what the authority is giving opportunity for any new users or think how much he can get profit from it. There are always these two sides to think. After years i saw there was give and take system, you gave me liquid and i give you more upvote and with that you can have some profit. It continued for a long time and after that there the delegation system came i think. People share their power and get upvote for the delegation. In one side this is good for the users who delegate power that if he is a busy person and hard to continue every day, he can just share a post and get the upvote but i don’t like it. I saw @practicalthought comes once or twice in a week but didn’t get the delegation system to have more profit. With the delegation system the new users face trouble at the starting. All users delegate their power and don’t have anything to support anyone and the person who gets the delegation he curates only the delegated persons and for this reason the new users cannot get upvotes properly. In blurt @ctime curates every post that shared on blurt in a percentage. It is too good for users to keep working in blurt. I really appreciate this work of the authority of blurt.

Though there are some users like @r2cornell who are working to support everyone in a good way, i am not saying that he is the only one, just giving an example by mentioning him. He curates random quality contents freely, doesn’t need anything in exchange. I wish very good luck for his work.

I will always be thankful to my friend @steemibu351 for those help and support to keep going on with blockchain based social media, especially in blurt. I remember when blurt was not giving payments in anyone's content, like some blurt lovers this person keep posted here, this called the love for any platform.

Please forgive me if i write anything wrong and i am being apology for mentioning you guys. Have a good day.
