হ্যালো বন্ধুরা
আজ ছিল আমাদের বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা। তবে এটি ছিল ফ্যাক্টরি কর্তৃক আয়োজিত বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা। যদিও ফ্যাক্টরির খেলা কিন্তু সার্বিক দায়িত্বে ছিলাম আমরাই।

আমাদের আশুগঞ্জ ফার্টিলাইজার স্কুল এন্ড কলেজের বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা দু'দিন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। প্রথম দিন হয় ফ্যাক্টরি কর্তৃ ক, এবং দ্বিতীয় দিন হয় স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ এর পক্ষ থেকে।

তো সেই সুবাদে আমাদের খেলা হবে আগামীকাল ইনশাআল্লাহ আমাদের স্কুল এন্ড কলেজের বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতার ও খন্ড চিত্র আপনাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরবো এবং আমার বিশ্বাস আমার সাথে আপনারা ও উপভোগ করবেন আমার প্রতিষ্ঠানের বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা।
তো বন্ধুরা যাই হোক ,যেহেতু আজ প্রতিযোগিতা ছিল, তাই একটু সকাল সকাল ঘুম থেকে উঠেছি ,নিজের প্রয়োজনীয় কাজগুলো ছেড়ে মাঠে যাওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিয়েছি।
বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতার মূল আকর্ষণ হল ডিসপ্লে। আর এই ডিসপ্লের জন্য অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান জেলা ও বিভাগীয় পর্যায়ে বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণ করে কৃতিত্বের স্বাক্ষর রেখেছে। তাই স্বভাবতই এই ডিসপ্লের জন্য আমরা সবাই অধীর আগ্রহে থাকি বছর আন্তে এই ডিসপ্লে দেখবো বলে, তথা মনোজ্ঞ ডিসপ্লে উপভোগ করবো বলে ।
ডিসপ্লে শেষ হওয়ার পরই শুরু হয়েছে বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা। এই প্রতিযোগিতার মধ্যেও বিভিন্ন ইভেন্ট রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে অত্যন্ত আকর্ষণীয় ছিল বস্তা দৌড় এবং পোশাক পরিধেয় দৌড়। এসব প্রতিযোগিতা আমাদের এখানকার কর্মরত কর্মচারী এবং কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ অংশগ্রহণ করে থাকেন। এবং বরাবরই তারা এ বিষয়ে অত্যন্ত দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ।
আমরা সবাই মিলে ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা উপভোগ করেছি, অত্যন্ত সুন্দর একটি সময় কেটেছে নিঃসন্দেহে। খেলাধুলা জীবনের একটি অংশ। জীবনকে সুন্দর সুস্থ রাখার জন্য খেলাধুলার বিকল্প নেই।
এদিক দিয়ে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোন কমতি নেই। শিশুর মানসিক বিকাশের জন্য যা প্রয়োজন আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতেই তা করে থাকেন।
একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য শুধু পড়াশুনাই নয় ,কুকারিকুলাম অ্যাক্টিভিটিস এর দিকেও নজর রাখতে হয়। আর আমাদের প্রিন্সিপাল মহোদয় এবং মহাব্যবস্থাপক এসব বিষয়ে অত্যন্ত তৎপর।
বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতার দুটি অংশ। প্রথম অংশে ছিল ডিসপ্লে ও খেলাধুলা। দ্বিতীয় অংশে থাকে যেমন খুশি তেমন সাজ ও পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান। মাঝখানে ঘন্টাখানেক বিরতি থাকে।
পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান অত্যন্ত চমক পদক হয়। এবং আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের মহা ব্যবস্থাপক ও গণ্যমান্য ব্যক্তিগণ উপস্থিত থেকে খেলোয়াড়দের উৎসাহিত করেন। উৎসাহ কাজের গতিকে বাড়িয়ে দেয়। যেকোনো কাজে উৎসাহ দিলে সে কাজে সফলতা অর্জন করা সম্ভব।
যেহেতু ,আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার উৎপাদিত হয়। বলা বাহুল্য যে ,প্রায় সারা বছরই তারা মানসিক একটি চাপের মধ্যে থাকে। সার উৎপাদন করা সহজ কোনো পদ্ধতি নয়। অত্যন্ত জটিল পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে সার উৎপাদন করা হয়। তাই বছরের প্রথমে তাদের মানসিক বিকাশের জন্য মানসিক প্রশান্তির জন্য এরকম খেলাধুলা নিঃসন্দেহে প্রশংসনীয়।
তো বন্ধুরা ,এই ছিল আমার বার্ষিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতার কিছু খন্ড চিত্র ,যা আপনাদের মধ্যে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করলাম। আমার বিশ্বাস আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে। আপনাদের ভালোলাগা ই আমার কাম্য ।আজ আর নয় ,আজ এখানেই বিদায় নিচ্ছি। আল্লাহ হাফেজ।
Today was our annual sports competition. However, it was an annual sports competition organized by the factory. Although the factory games were organized by us, we were in overall charge.
Our Ashuganj Fertilizer School and College's annual sports competition is held for two days. The first day is by the factory authorities, and the second day is by the school and college.

The main attraction of the annual sports competition is the display. And for this display, this institution has participated in various programs at the district and divisional levels and has achieved success. So naturally, we are all eagerly waiting for this display at the end of the year, that is, to enjoy the pleasant display.
After the display ended, the annual sports competition started. There are various events in this competition. Among them, the sack race and the costume race were very interesting. Our employees and officials working here participate in these competitions. And they are always very skilled and experienced in this regard.
We all enjoyed the sports competition together, undoubtedly we had a very beautiful time. Sports are a part of life. There is no alternative to sports to keep life beautiful and healthy.
Our institution has no shortage in this regard. Our institution does whatever is needed for the mental development of the child on a priority basis.
To take an institution forward, one has to pay attention not only to studies but also to co-curricular activities. And our Principal and General Manager are very active in these matters.
The annual sports competition has two parts. The first part consisted of displays and games. The second part consisted of dressing up and an award ceremony. There was an hour-long break in between.
The award ceremony was very impressive. And the general manager of our organization and dignitaries were present to encourage the players. Enthusiasm increases the pace of work. If you encourage any work, it is possible to achieve success in that work.
Since, our organization produces fertilizer. Needless to say, they are under mental stress almost all year round. Producing fertilizer is not an easy process. Fertilizer is produced through a very complex process. Therefore, such sports for their mental development and mental peace at the beginning of the year are undoubtedly commendable.
