This is my blog about my colleagues in the SLP livelihood program for our bayanihan of Teguis Kalampusan for making chekin house our poultrybusiness. Today I will show you how to make a house for our chickens. We work together to do this so that it can be done quickly and also so that we can save on the wages of the carpenter. We have been working on it for almost 1 week. It took quite a while to finish because of the work to be done on the chicken house. I also enjoy doing pentakasi or community service because we are really excited about raising chickens so that we can actually earn money. Actually we are supposed to be 11 members since 3 of our colleagues are old people, we didn't ask them to help and they only volunteered to give us money to buy our lunch and our snacks. our group.
In the heart of our community, the spirit of Bayanihan is alive and thriving. As we embarked on our journey to establish a livelihood program centered around poultry farming, our neighborhood came together in a remarkable display of unity and cooperation.
The concept of Bayanihan, deeply rooted in Filipino culture, represents the spirit of communal unity and collective effort. It's a tradition that dates back generations, where neighbors and friends come together to accomplish a common goal for the greater good. In our case, that goal was to construct a chicken house that would serve as the cornerstone .
The sense of togetherness was palpable as we worked side by side, sharing stories and laughter amidst the sweat and labor. Our community had transformed into a well-oiled machine, with everyone playing a crucial role in this venture.
As the chicken house took shape, it became more than just a physical structure. It symbolized our collective dreams and aspirations for a brighter future. Our livelihood program was no longer a distant goal but a tangible reality, thanks to the Bayanihan spirit that had brought us together.
Once the chicken house was completed, we stocked it with chickens and began our poultry farming venture. The fruits of our labor began to emerge as the chickens grew, and the eggs started to roll in. Our livelihood program started generating income for participating families, empowering them to improve their quality of life. Our journey from planning to realization was a testament to the enduring power of Bayanihan. It showed that when a community comes together with a common purpose, remarkable things can happen. Our chicken house became a symbol of hope, resilience, and the strength of unity. Our experience in building a chicken house for our livelihood program was a true embodiment of the Bayanihan spirit. It not only provided us with a sustainable source of income but also strengthened the bonds within our community. As we continue to nurture our poultry farm, we do so with gratitude for the enduring values of cooperation and unity that have been the cornerstone of our success.
