Bamboo Barbecue Sticks

in barbecue •  2 years ago

Our farm has plenty of bamboos for decades. In fact, such plant enwraps the land more than the others. Since it's given by nature, my better half decided long ago in his youth to make it into a small way of living. He started to make and sell bamboo products and continues doing it until now with my help of course. The best product of him which sustains our daily needs is the barbecue stick.

Procedure:

  1. Get a whole bamboo by cutting it preferably with a bolo.
  2. Cut into measures.
  3. Split into pieces.
  4. Strip off the surface of each pieces to make it round and smooth.
  5. Sharpen the tips.
  6. Tie in a bundle of your decided amount to sell.
