Banana Chips

As you all know, a banana chip is a common delicacy especially here in the Philippines. Since our farm has quite amount of banana trees that bear them fruits pretty well, I would make such food whenever me and my family crave for it.

Procedure:

1. Peel the banana.
2. Slice into thin pieces.
3. Cook into a frying pan in medium heat until it becomes brownish in color.
4. Let cool down and put into plastic cellophanes if preferred.
