Yesterday I worked very hard, and tonight I can relax in training. Today I have three of them: two hours of aerial canvases and an hour of pylon. I really miss the coach and the girls with whom I work out, and I'm very worried about my return.
In fact, I know very well that today I will not succeed in a single trick. Well, one or two at best. I hate to recover after a pause in the sports load, but what can you do, anyway, for two weeks I didn’t do anything and even practically didn’t move at all.
