In this post, I painted an intersting sunset scenery with acrylic medium. I am going to demonstrate the basic steps of how to paint natural scenery within a limited time. This is fitted for artist beginners.

I used only four set of colors of acrylic paint and three types of painting brushes. It took me thirty to finish this piece of art.

Materials Needed:
πŸ‘‰ Acrylic paper pad
πŸ‘‰ Pencil and eraser
πŸ‘‰ Ruler
πŸ‘‰ Clean Water
πŸ‘‰ Rag
πŸ‘‰ Paper napkin

Brushes:
πŸ‘‰ Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
πŸ‘‰ Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
πŸ‘‰ Filbert brush

Acrylic Paint:
πŸ‘‰ Orange
πŸ‘‰ Lemon yellow
πŸ‘‰ Titanium white
πŸ‘‰ Mars black

Painting Process:I always started by outlining my painting reference. In painting the sky I used three colors, which are orange, yellow, and white, and blended them well. The brush that I used is flat.

For the distant mountains I just simply used black and some yellow. The brush that I used is a flat brush and a liner brush for some detail.

The colors of the waters are the same acrylic colors of the sky.
For this part, I prepared to use a Filbert brush, for the leaves, the colors I used were black and some yellow.

To make the water alive, I put sunset reflections on the water by using yellow And white. I used flat brush and liner brush..

This is the finished painting.
