Greetings to all my blurt friends, How are you doing? In today's post, I painted a landscape view with acrylic paint. I called this painting, "Hidden Lake".
Being at the lake is a great experience,

It brings a sense of relaxation. You will admire the beauty at its best.

In this post, I am going to demonstrate the basic procedure of how to paint lovely natural scenery.

I used three different painting brushes and seven colors of acrylic paint. It took me fifty minutes to finish this painting.

Materials Needed:
πŸ‘‰ Acrylic paper pad
πŸ‘‰ Pencil and eraser
πŸ‘‰ Ruler
πŸ‘‰ Clean Water
πŸ‘‰ Rag
πŸ‘‰ Paper napkin

Brushes:
πŸ‘‰ Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
πŸ‘‰ Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
πŸ‘‰ Filbert brush

Acrylic Paint:
πŸ‘‰ Titanium white
πŸ‘‰ Ultramarine blue
πŸ‘‰ Mars black
πŸ‘‰ Grass green
πŸ‘‰ Green mid
πŸ‘‰ Lemon yellow
πŸ‘‰ Yellow ochre

Painting Basic Procedure:
Background /Sky:
First, Outline your painting reference
Then, start working with the background. The colors are titanium white, and ultramarine blue. Blend them well and create a smooth effect of the sky.
Brush: Flat brush

Middle Ground:
Distant Mountain: Blue and white
Distant trees: White, green mid, and lemon yellow.
Brush: Filbert brush

Foreground:
Closer Trees - Grass green and a small amount of black, with the highlights of lemon yellow, yellow ochre, and white
Brush: Filbert brush

Water: white and blue
Brush: Flat brush

Put water reflections to stand out in your painting.
Liner brush/extra details: tree limbs, grass, and water lines.
