Red apples, green apples and every other kind of apples have been a great addition to my diet. As a child I never really enjoyed eating vegetables but the sweetness and sometimes bitterness of fruits kept me curious about the world of health.
Apples are a wonderful source of fiber for the digestive system. It has been shown to reduce the rate of various diseases and ailments. I would even describe it as a super food as it benefits the gut, makes you feel full and tastes sweet too without causing issues for diabetics. Be careful if you are fructose intolerant however, the symptoms can be undesirable. Especially first thing in the morning!
