Early in the morning I took the bicycle and headed to the Sea Garden to meet the sunrise.
Passing by the Bunker painted as the bottom of the sea, I decided to go up to its terrace and watch the sunrise from there.
From up high I could see the entire beach and soon the sun came out coloring the surroundings and making people stop and enjoy the moment.
I went down to the beach to get a closer look at the effects of the storm that hit the city over the weekend.
The sea had overflowed and almost reached the promenade, dragging everything on the beach in its path.
I watched a video of how these volleyball nets were in water, and the inventory of the establishments was flooded.
I found a buoy on the sand.
I continued along the alley to the Saltworks. I thought I would be able to get there, but along the way the sand became more and more and at one point it was difficult to cycling. So I gave up, I didn't want to pelt my bicycle with sand soaked in sea water - it wouldn't do the components any good.
There is information that the bike lane has collapsed, so we will now be able to ride only on the dirt road until they fix it. I hope to be able to go there soon.
Thank you for stopping by!
