A mid-week eas run as I'll be off to Phoenix on Friday for my Saturday ultra - just time to ease up a bit.
My car is packed with most of my running gear (I hadn't taken a lot of it out after the NM 24 hour so it's mostly just a matter of charging my battery packs and getting my electronics together and charged.
Today's boring run was a simple loop around into Prescott Center and back but this time I was able to run on several side roads and thus avoiding the busy traffic and thus running a bit faster.
Lulu and I enjoyed an earlier hike at Lynx Lake but the autumn weather made for a very quiet day there with only a handful of people out on the trails.
