My running continues to improve nicely and I'm able to put in daily runs as well as some hiking as well.
Our monsoon season is finally bringing us needed moisture but that means "high" humidity around here which might not be much on the South but on Arizona anything above 59% is muggy and makes for sweaty running.
My quads were just a boy tight when I started my run but I quickly loosened up on the flat road loop.
I cruised along nicely but began to tire around 4 miles and jogged slowly for the last mile or so.
Overall very good.
Of course Lulu deserves her time outdoors so we hiked sn easy 2 miles under increasingly dark skies over at Granite Basin. The cooler conditions there and the quiet trail were perfect for an afternoon hike and the splash in the lake was great.
