Greetings, everyone!
Last week, I suffered a leg injury, and part of my healing process, I've spent the evening swimming and taking two sessions in the wet sauna.
As a miracle, my muscle pain is today over, and today, I was able to walk without pain. And not to mention the burned calories, right?
