Hi Everyone,
I’m back with another Actifit Report and Update. I’ve managed to become more active again after almost a month of sickness. Looks like I had to pay for years of avoiding illness. The bad weather has kept me indoors, but I have been able to exercise in the house on the exercise bike as well as been able to do some other basic exercises.
The exercise bike doesn’t push the count as high as walking, but it does burn more energy and raises my heart rate. Increasing resistance improves the workout as well.

I’m currently purely focused on my soon to be released book, Sapien Loop: Frozen in Time. I have now released all the chapters on Hive. I have used my @captainhive account again. I am now posting collection posts to my @spectrumecons account. The book will be broken up into five collection posts. I have published the first two and will soon publish the next three.
The book will be officially released on Amazon as an ebook in January next year. I plan on reading it one more time to see if anything needs changing or correcting. I will update the Hive posts accordingly when I make these changes. Therefore, these chapters can be referred to for future quizzes.
Writing the Sapien Loop books has been enjoyable. It is a very different experience from writing my usual economics blogs on Hive or my conference papers. Overall, I believe it has helped me become a better writer and has taught me new ways of expressing myself. I think my economics blogs can be influenced for the better because of this.
Sapien Loop was intended to be a one off book, but around three quarters of the way through writing the first book, I decided to turn it into a three part series (trilogy of books). I felt there was still so much tell and I was really enjoying doing it. Now I’ve finished the second book.
I currently plan on leaving a gap between the second and final book. I want to promote the first two books. I have been more focused on writing than promoting, which is okay at this point. I also plan on writing some short stories about certain events and characters. This should be a nice build up to the final book. The most important thing will be to become more active on social media.
I’m not sure if any of these books will be a success. It is highly unlikely any will sell particularly well. I’m proud of the stories I have written. I’m also pleased several of my readers have enjoyed my first book.
That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I should be back in about week with the Christmas contest. I wish everyone a great week ahead.
