Hello Actifitters! I hope you all are fine and having a good day over there. Today after a very long time I have decided to start the daily walk and maybe some exercise later because I had noticed that I was getting fat.
It's been a long time due to my Busy routine I haven't Had a good walk so my weight had increased so much and as you all know that obesity carries a lot of risks with it like Cholesterol and much more so staying fit must be everyone's first priority.
Keeping that in my mind, I have decided to walk for at least a minimum of 5000 steps and a maximum of as much as I went on a walk towards the fields at the afternoon time and it was good to see the green crops growing all over, giving relaxation to the eyes.
I walked for a good 11,261 steps Today and I felt very light and fresh after that and I hope to continue it onwards.
