My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2023

Yesterday, after a quiet day in the office, I went to the gym.

I started with some circuit training, followed by some cycling and then finally, steps.

I burnt a nice amount of calories, a total of 583, for the cycling and steps combined.

I am still working on my general fitness, with the goal to improve my mountain bike riding.

Stay avtive, stay healthy.
