My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2023.......Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇 👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. As always glad you stopped by. Hopefully 2023 has been good to you this far💯, March is nearly gone as we speak. I am definitely grateful for this day and as it draws to a close, it's time to take a peek into how my stepping went and also share some of the trending stories I came across. Come on, let's get cracking 💨.
So as usual I had two major walks just like yesterday, starting off with the fast paced brisk walk around the neighbourhood. A short session that I enjoyed. Then I was back indoors for the usual household chores and a little bit of resting. The afternoon saw me walk to the shopping centre for some cooking groceries. As always I squeezed in my usual nap before evening set in. Then it was time for the slow paced evening walk enjoying the cool evening breeze🍃. Meanwhile in between the day I had been watching the trending stories on the news and also a little bit of crypto/twitter. let's get into that next
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Then Ugandan forces joined regional force fighting M23 rebels in eastern DRC, let's hope there will be peace there.
Globally, let's start in the US where president Biden has urged Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to abandon his plan to reform judiciary. Netanyahu in response has said Israel will not bow to international pressure 😹.
Today some protests took place too.
In other news, US says China spies on the world through TikTok 🙀. But isn't that what google does too, you talk or write about something and next you see a bunch of related ads😹.
Elon Musk and other tech experts have urged a halt to further AI developments. Saying it poses a big danger to humanity 🙀.
Across the pond in Europe, UN nuclear watchdog IAEA's, Rafael Grossi made a visit to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Saying protection of that plant is absolutely necessary.
Also trending, UK's king Charles is on an official visit to Germany. He was meant to go to France too but that was cancelled due to the ongoing pension reforms protests.
Finally let's go to Asia, where south Korea and US conducted large scale landing exercises in Pohang for the first time since 2018. This in response to the firing of missiles north Korea has been doing lately. North Korean have also carried out military drills including testing an under water capable drone; my goodness 😹.
