Hello everyone π»,
Happy Caturday π and a very warm welcome to my reportπΉ.As usual, the kitties are here to take over the blockchain but just for a whileπ». Anyways, I have had a great day and it's now that time of day to showcase what went on inclusive of the trending stories.
Thank you for reading and let's get this over with. Here we go again π¨.
So I began my day with the usual morning walk around the neighborhood.
No sun π whatsoever but a cloudy dull sky coupled with a chilly breeze.
After about 20 minutes I was back indoors handling the usual house chores here and there.
Later logged into YouTube and watched a couple of video including the trending stories.
There were also some interesting games in the EPL, man city's struggles continuedπΏ.
My final walk was the slow paced sunset π walk around the neighborhood ending up at the park π². The sun was gone but we had a beautiful cool breeze π.
Now let's move on to what was trending around the world.
The carnage in Gaza kept going with 44 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikesπΏ. No where is safe even the designated safe zone of Al Mawasi was hitπ.
Limited aid has arrived in the ravaged north part of Gaza.
The war in Gaza enters day 400 as mass displacement and killing of Palestinians goes onπ.
To make matters worse, ceasefire talks in Doha have been stalled after no deal was reached in the latest round of talks.
Qatar foreign ministry says mediation efforts will resume when parties show their seriousness to end the warπ. Definitely Netanyahu is willing to go on forever until Hamas are destroyed.
Meanwhile, the usual Tel Aviv protests were on. Thousands gathered to plead with Netanyahu to reach a deal that will see release of captives held in GazaπΏ. But is he listening?
Not far off, rescue workers are among 34 people killed in Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon. Airstrikes hit the town of Tyre's Al Hosh surburbπ.
In southern Beirut, upto 14 airstrikes hit residential buildings associated with Hezbollah.
In the other war, Russian airstrikes hit the port city of Odessa killing one personπΏ. EU officials visiting Kiev, have pledged more aid as they met president Zelensky.
Not far off Germany marked 35 years since the fall of the Berlin wall that separated the west and east. There's a movie I watched back then on how people struggled to escape the east and enter the more prosperous westπ.
In Spain, the clean up process continued in Valencia. Thousands of locals protested against the regional govt, they want the regional president to resign over his handling of the flooding crisisπ.
Across the pond, Biden has invited Trump to the white house next weekπΉ. What an awkward meeting that will be. Trump will become first US president to take office with several criminal cases pending.
I wonder if prosecutor Kamala will be there too, to welcome criminal DonaldπΉ.
Finally, in crazy weather, that volcano π somewhere in Indonesia keeps erupting with huge plums of ash, has caused upto 16,000 people to be evacuated from their homesπΏ.
Let's hope it cools off asapπ―.
So that's about it, see you again tomorrow on a Sunday funday. Do keep enjoying the weekend though. Cheers and good byeβ€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π»π―

It looks like you have learned the importance of detaching from the "big picture," and deciding to "smell the roses." That perspective is more healthy than some other alternatives. Wish you well.
Oh wow, please elaborate.
I'm referring to the mind-body link when it comes to health.
