Hello everyone! 👋 Still feeling some flu-like symptoms and I realized, I have to give myself exceptionally healthier food right now, I do eat relatively healthy fooď but maybe not enough so I thought of giving myself food for... well, people who aren't feeling well. So I made myself fish soup with moringa leaves and ginger the other night. Was pretty soothing.
Because I had leftover soup (I finished all the fish), I resisted myself from throwing it away. Thought, I could add a bit of rice noodles and egg then I'll have another healthy meal and that's what I did. Why throw all this goodness away, right? Moringa normally has mild flavor but I made this one stronger because I accidentally crushed the leaves while washing the dust off the leaves.
We had beautiful weather, blue sky with scattered clouds and slightly breezy as well.
I did my daily activities: stretches and a few exercises, chores, work, etc.
