Hello everyone! 👋 I had an insomnia attack the other night thus spending the morning with a headache. But I don't like it to cripple me. I'm not that person to stay in bed because of a headache. Normally, I don't take paracetamol but I did yesterday tried to be nice to myself. But I did skip going to the supermarket, I didn't think that it's wise to go out, not in this place.
Despite the headache, I managed to do my laundry, other chores, prepared lessons even the next day's lessons, worked, etc. I felt much better when the pill took effect.
