Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday started mostly grey but in the afternoon it cleared up and the sun was shining bright.
Kaia enjoyed the breaks in the yard of course. Something, maybe just the cold, tickled her ears again, and that's what you get when she runs and shakes her head at the same time.
Our real walk came later again though, when the sun was already disappearing behind the trees.
By that time, the sky was almost perfectly clear.
The last orangish hues were beautiful when we arrived in the forest.
Kaia passed the deer test this time, but I suspect it was mostly luck, she only saw them or caught their scents after I released her.
She chased a few of them and came back occasionally.
Like I mentioned several times, I'm always surprised when we have such great weather, but nobody's out there, especially no kids in the playground. I know it's cold, but as kids, we would have been outside all day!
Even long after the sun went down, we still had nice light, maybe because of the crisp cold air.
It did finally get dark when Kaia decided to lead us outside the forest.
With that perfectly clear sky, I was hoping to find great views of the Moon. But all we got were some more late orange hues lingering in the sky.
And there she was a few hours later, bright and high in the sky!
Once again, Le Chat didn't join us for the outdoor fun, she waited for us, probably wondering what was wrong with us...
And that was it for the day. I hope we keep this nice cold weather for a while, this is great for our daily walk.
