Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday started busy at work again, which means Kaia and Le Chat had to wait again. Kaia stole Le Chat's spot in the sun.
She got the stink eye in response... Or maybe that's just Le Chat's normal face, we'll never know.
But we got a surprise: it snowed a little bit overnight. It wasn't much, just a couple of inches, but since the temperature suddenly dropped significantly, down to the low teens F or around -10C, it stayed.
Kaia tried but she just couldn't hide how happy that made her! Zooming around the yard like a crazy dog!
Of course, our long walk of the day was much later, after nightfall.
With that snow cover, everything looks so much brighter, we don't need a light at all.
As usual, Kaia looked for critters everywhere but luckily didn't catch anything.
In addition to the snow, the Moon getting closer to full Moon, also made it look even brighter.
To end our walk, we roamed around the quiet neighborhood for a while, with the only noise being our steps in the snow.
It's good to finally get some cold weather and snow, it's about time! Hopefully it stays at least for a few days. Usually that also means my step counts gets higher, the opposite of most people!
