My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Most of the activity yesterday was about yard work, especially mowing the lawn. Of course I chose the hottest day of the week for hard labor! I don't have pictures to share about that, but as often, we again went for our daily walk with Kaia around sunset time.

It was cloudy but we got some nice colors anyways.

Kaia was apparently not impressed, yawning as much as she could!

Well, too bad for her, I like this view!

I had enough for the day, so we didn't go to the forest next, and just walked back home. On the route we chose, we always see lots of the neighborhood cats. They were enjoying the heat, and barely noticed us.

I already said we don't even need to go to the forest to see wildlife. We found these two deer on our front lawn, Kaia really wanted to meet them face to face!

But just like the cats, they barely acknowledged us.

And that was it for a nice and easy week end. Nothing really out of the ordinary, but a few walks with Kaia and lots of outdoor time.
