I mostly stayed around the house today. The steps are from yesterday, when we played disc golf.
I won the round at +6, to +8, and +10. All of us were struggling a bit with the conditions and not playing as well as we usually do. I kept trying to use my new disc at times where I really should not have been using it. Flippy discs have a narrow margin of error in their use, lol.
My friend was also struggling a bit with one of the new discs he got from the used bin. It does take some time to really get the feel for how a disc is going to fly.
These mushrooms were growing on the stump that I brought back from the disc golf course:
I'm not sure what kind of mushrooms these are, but they kind of look edible. I would need to be sure about an identification of them before I tried them, though.
These were growing in the front yard:
There is plenty more where they came from. They can stay in the yard over the next few months until harvested. They are really yummy fried up with some butter and garlic.
