My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2024

I did some yard work today, trimming the bushes and mowing the lawn. Tomorrow is trash day, so it is easiest to do the yard work today and get the compost bin emptied in the morning.

I'm feeling the need to go disc golfing after having taken a couple of days off. My friends and I will be playing in the morning.
