We played an eighteen-hole disc golf course today. The scores were: +3, +3, +6, and +21. I was in a tie for first. I missed a really easy putt on one of the holes, but otherwise, I played well.
Right before I made the putt, I was thinking, "I'm going to hit the band." Sure enough, that is exactly what happened. I need to consistently remind myself to pick a target and focus on that without worrying about a roll away or bad outcome. I'm improving, but I still occasionally have issues when I'm trying to make those birdie putts when the footing is not perfect.
