Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1256. It's also the alive and thriving report on Wednesday, March 05, 2025, Ramadan 05!
It was an average busy day at the office. I consulted around 23 patients in my chamber. Of them, there was a patient with a foreign body in his right eye. There is no ophthalmologist in our clinic. But, we give some kind of management for eye issues. We also try to remove the FB from the eye. The corneal FB can be removed with a needle under local anesthesia. But, in today's case, the FB was stuck under the left upper eyelid, way deep inside. A tiny sand piece! Alhamdulillah, I could remove it and he was relieved from the discomfort.
There were no workouts. However, I could make over 9k steps on Wednesday. All the steps were made from the casual walk in between my house, mosque and the office.
