Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1239. It's also the alive and thriving report on December 31, 2024.
The last workday of 2024 was a bit hectic for me. I consulted 45 patients in my chamber. I worked alone in the morning shift. There were more patients in the early part of the evening shift duty also. However, there was no emergency case, Alhamdulillah.
On Tuesday morning I made a brisk walk for 10 minutes. After the office, I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Two short walks plus casual walks helped me reach 14k plus steps on the last day of 2024.
I don't celebrate any days except for two Eid days. So there was no stress 😁 for celebrating the 31st night and the New Year. There are just two regular days for me. Seems weird, right?
Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
