Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1205. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Sep 14, 2024.
After the Fajr prayer, I went for a morning walk on Saturday morning. According to the Fitbit mobile application, I walked for 44 minutes and covered 3.16 km. Not a fast walk it seems. Later at home, I worked on the laptop before joining the morning shift duty at 9 am. The shift ended at 1:30 pm.
I had a short afternoon nap after lunch. Then I went to the mosque for the Asr prayer. Then, I spent some with my kid before joining the evening shift duty at 5:30 pm. It ended at 10 pm. I consulted 43 patients in my chamber on Saturday! So, it was a busy day at work!
Afterward, we went to the park in front of the Sultan Qaboos mosque. The small park was packed with visitors. As it was a public holiday on Sunday, many kids came to the park. My son rode his scooter 🛴 there for some time. After half an hour, we returned home. We went to bed at midnight!
Okay. It's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
