……eventually came, thank goodness! I went in extra early to work today as I had a lot left from last week and a fully booked day to verify insurance for, plus tomorrow’s verifications.
I was moving along at a pretty good clip until I encountered the second to last appointment’s insurance. I just couldn’t find her listed in specific databases despite being listed in the state’s Medicaid main database. I needed verification for the specific branch. So, 3 phone calls and 45 minutes later, I finally had what I needed. I didn’t like losing that much time on one verification, but what could I do? Anyway, that put me later than planned, which left Thursday’s verifications for later.
We were fully booked and I still had all the jobs from last week plus the new stuff from today. I was seriously busy!
Amazingly, I got it all done, but that was just the active jobs-none of the administrative stuff that needs doing as well. 😔
For the balance of the week, I have no reinforcements. Yana won’t be there this Friday or next, and Vera is out until early November on vacation, so I’m on my own for all of it except next Wednesday.
I searched my archives again, so a mixed bag on eye candy. Enjoy!
