A Spooky Feeling............. NW Cascade Wanderings

It was another rainy beginning to a Monday here in the PNW! Our falls and winters are mostly rain, wind with some occasional snow. This year so far is right on course.

Our Beni Hoshi Japanese Maple is in brilliant color right now!

I was feeling overly tired for someone who actually slept decent last night. Maybe because I’ve got another longer workweek as well as wondering if my new gal will be there and on time Thursday and Friday, or maybe it’s just a bit of the blues-I don’t know.

I did have to roast 3 pounds of coffee for my customer in Connecticut and get that shipped. We set out for the Lynden Starbucks to make us both feel better and came back home.

I have a 2017 Mac Air that I’ve not booted up in a few months, so I did because it’s my optician’s license renewal time for me and the website is all on that computer. Of course, as with anything concerning the state, it’s never a quick thing, and this proved to go as I expected: with lots of complications and duress! I did get it done, so that’s off my plate for another year.

Then, I installed the updates for that computer and finished it out. Back to my newer computer, I worked on my FFL group I belong to.

Dinner will be a modified version of @silversaver888’s frittata recipe from one of her posts. Very nutritious and tasty!

Tonight will be spent getting things ready for work tomorrow.
