Cooper test again

Trying to get into form again. So have started eating LCHF again to drop a few kg and tried to get in more training.

Started my day with a upper body gym session.

After work I went home and ran a Cooper test, which is run as far as you can in 12mins.
Ran 3.2 km approx in 12 which game me a good fitness score of 60.
