Lidingöloppet 30km Hitting the Wall 😱

So yesterday was the big day, Lidingöloppet. 30km track mix of asphalt and gravel with quiet many elevation meter.

Eat a good breakfast, had enough time to warmup and mentally prepare before the start. And just felt really good overall.

Started with a really fast pace and managed to hold it for around 10-12km before I felt I needed to slow down a bit. Between 15-20km I knew it's was coming a rough part of the track, and somewhere around km 17 I completely hit a wall. Calves was cramping and my thighs was screaming. So had to slow down to just manage to get over finish line.

Final time was 3h and 9min. So no terrible time at all and so happy to just have finished the race and therefore finish my second "Svensk klassiker".
