Okay so I wanted to train something to get the form to the max before the big swim this weekend in Vansbro.
But didn't feel like swimming on the ocean again, it's a bit tricky with the wetsuit and you need someone to watch over you in case something happen.
So decided to do a 10k run on the track in the wood next to where I live.
Felt good and had a god pace. Even though I haven't run for a long while. Good sign that the body is in pretty good shape.
16k steps is also worth celebrating 🎉🥳
