Planned to do my longest Skierg session this weekend and it happens yesterday. Went to the office gym and took my gf with me. She went out for a run while I got to the Skierg and did a 60min session on it. It's rough but it builds good strength in the muscle groups I need for Vasaloppet.
Average pace was good, 2:05 min / 500m and I got a little over 14km in the 60 mins.
