After a bitter loss yesterday and with really lousy weather outside I decided to go to the gym. Want to do some Skierg to prepare myself for Vasaloppet which the most similar training you can do in the gym.
There is a table which you can compare your results on 5000m and see what estimated end time you would have in Vasaloppet.
With my time I would get to start in line 5 out 10, which would mean I have like 10k people behind me at the start line.
This time was also a new PB for me. 5000m on 20:09.
Ended the session with 30min in the stationary bike and got like 18km.
