First Run on the New Track

New year, same habits as last year! Get back to the office gym before work.
Did 30mins on the #skierg this morning and it felt great. Used the level 6/10 on the machine and the goal is to increase it each week.

Almost 7km in 30min.

Then when I went home I decided to try out my new tracks.

So the first jogg of 2024 is done and felt OK, kinda cold outside.
