Yesterday, for the first time in many years, I was down at the city swimming arena to train. Im gonna do a 3km race later this summer so had to see what my swim form was currently.
Can say this much, crawling is not my strongest swimming style. But when I did breaststroke I was able to swim for 2.5km atleast.
In the afternoon I went for a 5km run and tried to push myself as hard as I could and actually ran a PB on that track.
