Guten Abend :)
Heute gibt es erneut 1 HSBI zu verlosen. Mein Tag bestand aus einem Besuch bei meinen Eltern in der Heimat, währenddessen mein Auto kurzzeitig ein paar Macken hatte. Nach erster Einschätzung scheint es an den ABS-Ringen zu liegen. Sollte sich das bestätigen, muss die Antriebswelle auf der Fahrerseite ausgetauscht werden. Das wird teuer, wenn man es nicht selbst macht. Ups!
Insgesamt habe ich mich heute nicht viel bewegt, dafür aber viel geredet. Es gab heute genug zu erzählen und zu spekulieren. Autos sind wirklich faszinierend.
Als kleines Update für die kommenden Tage: Ich bin beruflich extrem eingespannt. Die Länge des Actifit-Posts wird sich wohl auf ein Minimum reduzieren, vermutlich nur auf das Giveaway.

Today there's another HSBI to raffle off. My day involved visiting my parents in my hometown, where my car briefly acted up. The initial assessment suggests it might be the ABS discs. If confirmed, the drive shaft on the driver's side will need to be replaced. That's going to be expensive if you don't do it yourself. Oops!
Overall, I didn't move much today, but I did a lot of talking. There was more than enough to discuss and speculate about. Cars are truly fascinating.
A small update for the coming days: I am extremely busy with work. The length of the Actifit post will likely be reduced to a minimum, probably just the giveaway.

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Das ist sie, die Gelb-Rote-Karte. :P
Meine Mutter hatte eine Marzipantorte gemacht, und ich fühlte mich "verpflichtet", sie zu essen. Zusammen mit einem Großaufgebot an Gegrilltem sehen meine Kalorien heute so aus, wie sie eben aussehen. haha :D

My mother made a marzipan cake, and I felt "obligated" to eat it. Coupled with a substantial amount of grilled food, my calorie count today looks like it does. haha :D

Was sagt mein Gewicht?
Auch heute steht keine 85,x auf der Waage. Ich habe beschlossen, dass ich beim nächsten Mal im Fitnessstudio meinen täglichen Kalorienbedarf neu bestimmen werde und auch meinen genauen Körperfettwert ermitteln lasse.
What does my weight say?
Again today, no 85.x on the scale. I've decided that next time at the gym, I will re-determine my daily caloric needs and also get an accurate measurement of my body fat percentage.
